Boston Pedicabs. It's eco-friendly, fun and different. You can call them and set up a sightseeing tour with their apparently funny drivers. You might see them around town and then they will zip you quickly to where you need to go (not to the airport though; that's too far). There are not set rates, you pay what you think it was worth (think cab ride and probably a little more).
